The Bodog 2006 Bond Voyage Contest official rules and regulations NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Bodog 2006 Bond Voyage Contest is open to participants who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Bodog Entertainment Group (“Sponsor”), its respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agencies, immediate family members [spouse, parents, children, siblings, regardless of where they live] and individuals residing in the same household, (whether or not related) of those employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Void where prohibited. Void in Canada.

2. TO ENTER:
Contest begins at 2:00:01 pm Pacific Time Friday, November 10, 2006 and ends at 9:00:00 am Pacific Time, Monday, December 11th, 2006.

During the Contest Period visit www.bodog.com (“Website”), and complete the registration form with the following information: First and Last Name, zip code, Email Address, Email Address Confirmation, Phone Number, and Date of Birth. Entrants will receive email communications that are specific about this Contest. When the registration form is completed, and you have indicated your agreement to the Official Rules, click on the submit button and you will receive one entry into the Contest. In addition, play Baccarat in the Casino channel and receive multiple entries every time you play Baccarat. To be eligible, the entry must be received and recorded by Sponsor’s Contest computer (the official time keeping device for the Contest) prior to the entry deadline of December 11th, 2006 at 9:00:00 am PST.

3. DRAWING: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing held from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about January 10th, 2007, and winners will be notified via e-mail (or as otherwise determined by Sponsor). The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Sponsor. 2nd Prize will be drawn on November 22nd`, and winners will notified via e-mail (or otherwise determined by Sponsor). 3rd prize will be drawn on January 10th, 2007

To claim the prize, winner must contact Bodog via email (or otherwise as determined by Sponsor) at casino@bodog.com. The winners must reply by e-mail (or otherwise as determined by Sponsor) within 3 days of the date on the notification, or he / she may forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected. It is each entrant’s sole responsibility to provide an accurate, functioning e-mail address.

4. PRIZES/ODDS: (1) Grand Prize, 2 round trip tickets to Monte Carlo (“location”) in Monaco, during 2007, or Sponsor’s choosing. Trip consists of 2 round trip coach class air transportation from a major airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor), standard single occupancy hotel accommodations, an Aston Martin “test-drive” in Monte Carlo or near winners residence, or a place of Sponsors choosing. A customized fitted Tuxedo or Formal Gown, near winners Residence (as determined by Sponsor), round trip transportation to/from airport and hotel (at destination location) $3000 cash for use at destination. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) up to $15,000. Any difference between the stated value of prize and actual value will not be awarded. Winner must take trip on the days specified by Sponsor. Odds of winning a Grand Prize are dependent on the number of all eligible entries received. (1) 2nd Prize, (10) tickets to a showing of "Casino Royale", in or near winner's city of residence, a gift certificate for use at a movie theatre or at a restaurant near winner’s residence (or otherwise determined by Sponsor). (10) 3rd Prize, Ten winners (players of Baccarat) will receive $100 cash deposited in their Bodog account.

5. RESTRICTIONS FOR ALL PRIZES: Expenses not stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. If a winner cannot accept the prize as stated prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner. Winners must comply with all security requirements. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability, change, restrictions and black out periods may apply. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Participants agree (a) that Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively “Releasees”) are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize, or participation in this Contest or any Contest or prize related or travel related activities and (b) winners grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission to Sponsor and those acting under its authority the right to the use of his/her name, picture, likeness, voice, video, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners may be required to be photographed with representative(s) of Bodog and provide Bodog with a quote containing their true thoughts about Bodog and the Contest. Any such meeting with Bodog representative(s) for the stated purposes will be arranged with the winner(s) by Bodog at a mutually convenient time and place, and the reasonable cost (as solely determined by Bodog) of a winner’s attending the meeting will be borne by Bodog. This quote and/or photo may be used (but Bodog will be under no obligation to do so) on the above and/or Bodog web sites and/or in newsletters and/or press releases (or as otherwise solely determined by Sponsor) concerning the Contest. Disclaimer Of Warranties: Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Contest. Each Grand Prize winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful a Publicity Release within three (3) days of receipt of the documents. If documents are not returned timely, or if a prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, postage due or non-delivered mail, entries or e-mail; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website(s), telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Contest, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using such methods. Should any portion of the Contest be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical failures or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest, and select the winners from eligible entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
